WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
The room rate is in Euro and it’s the cost per room per night. The price includes breakfast, linens, free wifi, air conditioning and – if you book directly from our website, also the tourist tax.
CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD?
You can contact us and send an advance via PayPal or bank transfer to guarantee the booking.
No credit card needed if you want to make a last minute reservation, just send us an email or call us at +39 349 799 05 38.
HOW DO I KNOW MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED?
You will get a confirmation email from our booking system. If you don’t get the email, please check your spam folder or contact us to check your reservation with our front desk.
DOES THE HOTEL NEED A DEPOSIT OR A PAYMENT IN ADVANCE?
When you confirm a booking, we get your credit card details via secure server, but we don’t charge your card.
Only in case you chose a discounted not-refundable rate, your credit card will be charged within 24 hours for the full amount.
